Why so long for the preorders? Each piece is individually made, then they have to fully dry at a slow rate so they won’t crack. I have to fill up the kiln for the first firing, wash & wet sand, brush glaze each piece, fill up the kiln for the glaze firing. Wet sand, photograph and then pack pieces. The process is slow. I’m also in physical therapy so there are days I can’t work as much as I wish I could to be creating my art.
