Art, Art and more Art!

Classes begin this week at Hodges Community Center.  Last week was my amazing artist art camp.  It was a busy but very fun week.  I ended up with 17 kids! We painted, did self portraits, did drawings with pencils, crayons and markers, and our big project was the paper mache balloon sculptures!

There are still some openings in classes for this summer.  Plus, I added another Mom & Me ceramics on Friday mornings from 11-11:45 am.  Come play in clay with mom (or dad): ages 5-12.  Cost is $40 and supplies are included.  Call Hodges Community Center at 806-767-3706.

It is going to be a great summer! Happy creating!

the not so starving artist blog:

Here's the deal... I am an artist and I love food!  I refuse to be labeled or included in the "starving artist" category.  Now, while I have been broke... I want to be an artist and eat my cake too (metaphorically and literally!)
