Well I have been MIA for almost a month. I am currently without a working computer, but hopefully soon I will be back to regular updates of my blog. This summer has been a productive art filled one so far! Teaching at Hodges has been a blast this summer! It is a great feeling teaching a student to throw on the wheel, create paper beads, or see a toddler finger paint for the first time. I am a little behind on my 100 day challenge of a 100 ceramic pieces this summer, but I still have 7 weeks until school starts! 19 pieces made, 81 more to go! Have a great creative summer!

the not so starving artist blog:Here's the deal... I am an artist and I love food! I refuse to be labeled or included in the "starving artist" category. Now, while I have been broke... I want to be an artist and eat my cake too (metaphorically and literally!) Archives
